Russell Steven Catt was a man of many things, but above all, he was a devoted daddy. He loved his kids more than anything and would do anything for them. Even while battling his own sickness, Russell always pushed through to make things happen for his family. He leaves behind his daughter Jema Lou, and his sons Axel and Abel who will now have their daddy watching over them from heaven.
Russell’s passing was very sudden and unexpected. We had just celebrated his daughter’s birthday and were looking forward to spending more time together. When his dad went to get him, Russell had passed away in his sleep. The shock and heartbreak have been overwhelming for our family, especially for his little girl who adored him.
We are a low-income household and, despite reaching out to numerous family members, we have not been able to get financial help for the funeral costs.
