My name is Natasha, and Junior was my uncle. His real name was Edward Miller, but to so many of us he was simply Junior—and as our family lovingly joked, the Mayor of Rochdale. Anyone who knew him understands why. Rochdale Village wasn’t just where he lived; it was his community, his second family, and a place he poured his heart into every single day.
Junior loved people deeply. His family and friends meant the world to him, and the bonds he built in Rochdale were truly special. He showed up, he looked out for others, and he made everyone feel seen. That love was returned tenfold by the many friends and neighbors who cared for him and shared life with him.
We are starting this fundraiser to help his son, Justin, with funeral and memorial arrangements. We are asking those who knew and loved Junior—especially his Rochdale family and friends—to help us ensure that Edward “Junior” Miller receives the beautiful and dignified send-off he so deeply deserves. Any support, whether through a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser, means more than words can express.
Thank you for honoring his life, his legacy, and the community he loved so much.
