It is with a heavy and broken heart that I share the sad news that my father, Jose Efren Guerrero Garcia, passed away on January 30th. After two long months of fighting to return home to his family, God decided it was time for him to return home.
My father was a great man. He truly lived up to his last name, Guerrero, a warrior… strong, resilient, and courageous until the very end. He was a wonderful husband, a loving and devoted father, a caring brother, and a beloved son. He always put his family first, and his love, strength, and guidance will live on through all of us.
Unfortunately, there are medical expenses that were not fully covered, and our family is left with unexpected costs during this incredibly difficult time. We are humbly asking for help to cover these expenses and to give my father the farewell he deserves.

Con el corazón lleno de dolor, comparto la triste noticia de que mi padre, Jose Efren Guerrero Garcia, falleció el 30 de enero. Después de dos largos meses luchando por regresar a casa con su familia, Dios decidió que era momento de que regresara a su hogar eterno.
Mi padre fue un gran hombre. Vivió fielmente a su apellido, un verdadero Guerrero, un luchador… fuerte, resistente y valiente hasta el final. Fue un esposo maravilloso, un padre amoroso y dedicado, un hermano atento y un hijo muy querido. Siempre puso a su familia primero, y su amor, fortaleza y ejemplo vivirán por siempre en nosotros.
Lamentablemente, quedaron gastos médicos que no fueron cubiertos, y nuestra familia enfrenta costos inesperados en este momento tan difícil. Humildemente pedimos su apoyo para ayudarnos a cubrir estos gastos y poder darle a mi padre la despedida que merece.
